The advisory, accessed by the news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO), calls upon parents and guardians to strictly prevent children from entering or bathing in Nallah Sindh and other water bodies and to keep them under close supervision, especially during holidays and leisure hours. The administration has further advised parents to educate children about the dangers posed by deep, fast-flowing and unpredictable water bodies and discourage them from swimming or bathing at unprotected and unsafe locations.
